Unión de Servicios Conhuás S.C. de P.B. y S. de R.L. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as “the Controller,” with registered address at Principal Conhuás S/N, Nuevo Conhuás, Campeche, ZIP Code 24653, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data and information collected from the data subjects for the provision of lodging, restaurant, banqueting, event planning, and tourism and/or commercial services. Said data shall be handled with strict confidentiality and protected in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.

To comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations, the Controller may collect the following data:

Government-issued photo ID (e.g., INE, Passport, Professional License)
Date of birth
Landline and/or mobile phone number
Nationality
Place of origin
Home and/or tax address
Email address
Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)
Digital Tax Receipts (CFDI)
Sensitive Data:

13. Food or medication allergies
Such data may be collected through the registration card, reservation system, billing process, or via QR code linked to Ecoaldea Tanaj’s accounting firm.
Primary Purposes of Data Processing:
To identify you as a customer and/or user of our products or services.
To verify your identity as part of our internal security and verification processes.
To incorporate your data into our Database and Registers as required by the LFPDPPP.
To manage and provide the services you request, including but not limited to:
a. Lodging services
b. Restaurant services
c. Banqueting services
d. Event planning services
e. Tourism and commercial services
f. Data updates
g. Identity verification and related actions within the Controller’s lawful scope
h. Periodic updates of the database to comply with data protection obligations
i. Assessments for eligibility in promotions or third-party services
j. Provision of documentation required by tax authorities in accordance with the Federal Fiscal Code and other applicable tax laws
k. Generation of reports, analyses, and monitoring of service usage and quality
l. Evaluation of service quality
m. Handling of inquiries, complaints, and claims, including the possibility of audio recordings when submitted by phone
n. Security monitoring to ensure accuracy and currency of personal data
o. Sending of service or product information, promotional content, and newsletters
p. Conducting satisfaction surveys
The documents generated during these processes, as well as all collected data, will be securely stored and managed by the designated Controller or Personal Data Department and will only be used for purposes required by internal administrative units.
Limiting Use or Disclosure of Personal Data
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you may send a written request to the email tanajhoteladm@gmail.com, or submit written notice to the address at Principal Conhuás S/N, Nuevo Conhuás, Campeche, ZIP Code 24653, directed to the Controller or the Personal Data Department.
Data Subject Rights – ARCO
In accordance with the LFPDPPP, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: To know what personal data we collect, how it is used, and under what conditions.
Rectification: To request corrections if your data is outdated, incorrect, or incomplete.
Cancellation: To request deletion of your data when it is not being handled lawfully, subject to the exceptions in Article 33 of the LFPDPPP.
Opposition: To oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes.

The request must include:
A) The full name of the data subject and address or other means for receiving notifications; identification documents of the data subject and, where applicable, the representative’s identification and authority.
B) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which any ARCO right is sought, specifying the right to be exercised and any additional element or document facilitating data location.

Data Transfers
The Controller may transfer necessary personal data to Unión de Servicios Conhuás S.C. de P.B. y S. de R.L. de C.V., or third-party service providers with whom legal agreements are in place to fulfill the Controller’s objectives, and/or to competent authorities in accordance with Article 36 of the LFPDPPP, or with your express written or digitally authenticated consent.

Pursuant to the LFPDPPP and its Regulations, the Controller has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse.
